The “Air Blast” Dryer

The “Air Blast” Water Blow Off is engineered for each application and tested by Douglas Machines before shipping to the customer. The nozzles mount over the belt. The water is blown off the belt into a Drain Pan or on the floor. The motor and blower for the Water Blow Off can be mounted on the service cart and operated by the control panel or mounted separately alongside the belt. The “Air Blast” incorporates dual 4" diameter nozzles to effect a dual pass of air blow-off on the conveyor belt. The blower delivers a high velocity and volume of air to the nozzles.

- The “Air Blast” Blow Off can also be used to remove frost build up from freezer belts.
